ISRUC-Sleep: A comprehensive public dataset for sleep researchers.

ISRUC-Sleep is a comprehensive polysomnographic dataset comprising overnight recordings from 118 participants with manual sleep stage annotations. The dataset includes EEG, EOG, EMG, and respiratory signals scored by expert raters into wake and sleep stages (N1, N2, N3, REM) in 30-second epochs following AASM/R&K guidelines. This resource supports research in automatic sleep staging algorithms and sleep-disordered breathing characterization.

Two routes today, with a third (in-browser one-click submission) landing soon.

  1. NeuroScience Gateway (NSG) portal.

    NSG runs EEGLAB / Brainstorm / MNE pipelines on supercomputing time donated by SDSC. Create an account, point a job at this dataset's S3 prefix (s3://nemar/nm000111), and submit.
