Sleep-EDF Expanded: Whole-Night PSG Recordings

Sleep-EDF Expanded is a comprehensive polysomnographic dataset comprising 197 whole-night recordings from healthy subjects and drug study participants. The dataset includes EEG, EOG, EMG, and respiratory signals sampled at 100 Hz, with expert-annotated sleep stages assigned to 30-second epochs according to AASM criteria. This resource serves as a benchmark for sleep stage classification and polysomnographic signal analysis.

    NSG runs EEGLAB / Brainstorm / MNE pipelines on supercomputing time donated by SDSC. Create an account, point a job at this dataset's S3 prefix (s3://nemar/nm000185), and submit.
