This dataset comprises EEG recordings from 29 participants who listened to song melodies and made familiarity judgments. Participants indicated when songs felt familiar, attempted to identify songs by title, artist, or lyrics, and selected from multiple-choice options with visual feedback. Song stimuli were derived from Kostic and Cleary (2009), and synchronized audio reconstructions of each participant's experimental session are provided in the derivatives folder.
