This dataset contains electrophysiological recordings from rat somatosensory cortex obtained using DISC (Diamond-based Implantable Sensing probes/electrodes) for validation purposes. Anesthetized rats received whisker stimulation via an air puffer, with task labels corresponding to the specific whisker stimulated. The dataset supports validation of DISC neural recording technology in a rodent somatosensory model.
[ EEG recordings from 20 participants during resting-state and music-listening conditions, designed to investigate music-induced emotional responses. Each participant underwent one resting-state session and twenty music-listening sessions, each corresponding to a distinct song lasting 130 seconds. The dataset is organized according to the BIDS specification for EEG data.
[ thalamus of macaque monkeys, obtained using a NeuroNexus multi-site probe on a Blackrock Cerebus recording system. Recordings were made during focused ultrasound (FUS) neuromodulation targeted at either VPL or insular cortex, and during tactile stimulation of the contralateral hand. The dataset supports investigation of how transcranial focused ultrasound modulates spiking and local field potential activity in the primate thalamus.

This dataset contains electrocorticography (ECoG) recordings from three cohorts of C57BL/6 mice examining how transcranially delivered diagnostic ultrasound (tDUS) modulates cortical responses to a blinking light stimulus. Mice were exposed to combinations of tDUS and light stimulation, with electrodes targeting visual and somatosensory cortices, to investigate ultrasound's potential to intentionally modulate brain activity for future clinical and therapeutic applications.
