This dataset contains EEG recordings and hedonic (liking) ratings collected from participants exposed to sonic-seasoning soundscapes (jungle and deconstruct), alongside eyes-open and eyes-closed resting calibration baselines. Data were recorded with EPOC X consumer-grade EEG hardware and include behavioral survey responses and stimulus audio files. The dataset supports research on crossmodal sensory perception and the influence of auditory soundscapes on hedonic evaluation.
The Brain, Body, and Behaviour Dataset (Experiment 1) is a multimodal neuroimaging dataset comprising eye-tracking recordings from 27 subjects across two sessions during educational video viewing. Subjects watched five informative videos under two conditions: an attentive condition with post-video comprehension testing, and a distracted condition with concurrent cognitive load (backward counting). The dataset includes gaze coordinates, pupil size, blinks, saccades, and fixations, along with behavioral questionnaires assessing domain knowledge and memory retention, providing a resource for studying attention, learning, and cognitive engagement during multimedia presentation.
This EEG dataset comprises recordings from 25 college-age participants performing a reinforcement learning task with affective feedback, collected in 2018 at the Clinical Research Center Laboratory (CRCL) at the University of New Mexico. The study investigates the reward positivity component of the event-related potential and its sensitivity to affective liking during probabilistic learning. The dataset includes raw EEG data, behavioral task parameters, and analysis scripts supporting the published findings in Cognitive, Affective, & Behavioral Neuroscience.
This dataset contains EEG recordings from 23 participants performing a passive viewing task involving partially occluded and uncovered visual scenes containing varying numbers of game pieces. The study investigates how the brain processes numerosity information under conditions of occlusion and disocclusion. Participants viewed scenes with 4 or 32 initially visible game pieces, followed by uncovering to reveal different numbers of additional pieces, across 640 trials.
This dataset contains behavioral and EEG data from twenty-one participants who learned to perform two drumming sequences (AABA and AAABAA) at three tempos (60, 100, and 150 bpm) using keyboard responses. Trial-by-trial visual feedback indicated timing accuracy relative to an adaptive response window, allowing investigation of motor learning and timing control. The dataset includes detailed event coding for stimulus conditions and feedback types across trials.
