This dataset provides complementary EEG recordings, obtained under photic stimulation with eyes open, from a cohort of individuals with Alzheimer's disease, frontotemporal dementia, and healthy controls previously described in a related open-eyes-closed EEG dataset. Recordings were collected at incremental photic stimulation frequencies (5-30 Hz) at the 2nd Department of Neurology, AHEPA University Hospital, Thessaloniki, Greece, using a 19-channel clinical EEG system. The dataset includes both raw and preprocessed (denoised) EEG data, intended to support research on neurodegenerative disease biomarkers and cognitive decline.
This dataset contains continuous 64-channel scalp EEG recordings from 12 right-handed subjects performing a visual attention task designed to examine dimension-based attentional modulation of early visual processing. The data include independent component analysis (ICA) decompositions with expert-annotated component labels, originally collected for a study on visual attention and later reused for research on automatic classification of independent components. The dataset was converted to BIDS format from the original recordings with permission from the original authors.

This dataset comprises EEG recordings from a P300 visual matrix speller study comparing three unsupervised learning methods (Expectation-Maximization, Learning from Label Proportions, and their combination MIX) for brain-computer interface decoding. Twelve healthy participants performed a copy-spelling task using a modified 6×6 character grid extended with 10 # symbols as visual blanks (46 total symbols), recorded at 1000 Hz from 31 EEG channels.
