EEG meditation study

This EEG dataset comprises recordings from 24 subjects during a meditation experiment with periodic interruptions to assess concentration and mind-wandering levels. Subjects were recorded at 256 Hz (downsampled from original 2048 Hz acquisition) using BIOSEMI equipment. The dataset provides a resource for investigating neural correlates of meditative states and attentional processes.
