Neuroepo multisession

This dataset comprises resting-state EEG recordings from 25 Parkinson's disease patients enrolled in a double-blind randomized placebo-controlled trial (NCT04110678) evaluating the neuroprotective potential of Neuroepo, a low-sialic-acid formulation of erythropoietin. EEG data were acquired before and six months after drug administration, with both qualitative and quantitative analyses performed to assess treatment effects on neural activity patterns and identify potential biomarkers of disease progression.
