Placebo Neuroepo multisession

This dataset comprises resting-state EEG recordings from 25 Parkinson's disease patients enrolled in a double-blind randomized placebo-controlled trial of Neuroepo, a novel erythropoietin formulation. EEG data were acquired before and six months after drug administration, with both qualitative and quantitative source-level analyses performed to assess neuroprotective effects and identify neural biomarkers of disease progression.
