Multimodal EEG and fNIRS Biosignal Acquisition during Motor Imagery Tasks in Patients with Orthopedic Impairment
This dataset comprises simultaneous 18-channel EEG and functional near-infrared spectroscopy (fNIRS) recordings from 7 participants with orthopedic impairment during motor imagery tasks. Participants performed four different motor imagery conditions (reach, twist, lift, grasp) across three sessions with 40 trials each, following a standardized paradigm with visual cueing and fixation periods. The multimodal biosignal acquisition provides complementary hemodynamic and electrophysiological measures of motor imagery processing in a clinical population.
