Rest eyes open

A resting-state EEG dataset comprising 149 subjects (100 with Parkinson's disease and 49 healthy controls) recorded using a 64-channel BrainVision system. Participants were seated in a quiet environment with eyes open for two minutes of continuous recording. This dataset provides neurophysiological data suitable for investigating oscillatory brain activity and potential biomarkers associated with Parkinson's disease.
