A Polish Electroencephalography, Alzheimer’s Risk-genes, Lifestyle and Neuroimaging (PEARL-Neuro) Database

The PEARL-Neuro Database comprises neuroimaging and genetic data from 192 healthy middle-aged individuals (50-63 years) enriched for dementia risk factors. The dataset includes apolipoprotein E and PICALM genotypes, psychometric assessments, and a neuroimaging subgroup (N=79) with resting-state and task-based EEG and fMRI data acquired during cognitive tasks and rest conditions, along with clinical blood biomarkers.
