This dataset comprises intracranial electroencephalography (iEEG) recordings from stereoelectroencephalography (SEEG) electrode implantations in pediatric patients with a history of prior craniotomy. The data includes electrode coordinates localized in individual native post-operative CT imaging space without alignment to standardized atlases, supporting clinical and research investigations into the safety and accuracy of SEEG procedures in this specialized patient population.
