AMRI 16-N-0031 sleep1

An overnight EEG-fMRI pilot study examining sleep physiology and brain activity during spontaneous arousals. Approximately 20 subjects underwent two consecutive nights of simultaneous EEG and fMRI recording (~8 hours per night) with 8 randomized arousal events per night. This dataset serves as the foundational pilot for a larger follow-up study (sleep2) and provides multimodal neuroimaging data during sleep stages and arousal transitions.
