Ear-EEG Sleep Monitoring 2023 (EESM23)

The Ear-EEG Sleep Monitoring 2023 (EESM23) dataset comprises nightly EEG recordings from 10 healthy participants collected during 2020-2022. The dataset includes polysomnography and ear-EEG measurements from the first two subjects, with subsequent recordings consisting of ear-EEG data alone. Each recording contains both a video task sequence performed before sleep and a sleep monitoring sequence conducted overnight in participants' home environments, providing a resource for investigating ear-based EEG technology for sleep stage classification and monitoring.
