This dataset comprises laser-evoked pain responses from 30 participants who received fixed-intensity nociceptive stimuli at discrete energy levels (low pain: 3J or 3.5J; high pain: 3.5J or 4J) while providing subjective pain intensity ratings. The study involved 30 stimulation trials organized in 3 blocks with concurrent neurophysiological recordings, designed to investigate the neural correlates of pain perception and subjective pain rating behavior.
