Resting state EEG with closed eyes and open eyes in females from 60 to 80 years old

This dataset comprises resting-state electroencephalography (EEG) recordings acquired from female participants aged 60-80 years under two conditions: eyes closed and eyes open. The dataset provides raw neurophysiological data suitable for investigating age-related changes in spontaneous brain electrical activity and the effects of visual input on cortical oscillations in older adults.
