Tethered EEG Recordings in Syngap1 rats

This dataset comprises 6-hour tethered EEG recordings from wildtype and Syngap1 heterozygous mutant rats (male, 12-16 weeks old) acquired during the light phase of the circadian cycle. Recordings were obtained using a 32-channel head-mounted EEG array with integrated accelerometers at 1 kHz sampling rate. The dataset supports investigation of electrophysiological alterations associated with SYNGAP1-related pathophysiology in a rodent model.
