Structural MRI, Resting-state fMRI, and PSG/EEG Dataset of Zoster-associated Neuralgia

This dataset comprises structural T1-weighted MRI, resting-state functional MRI with multi-echo acquisition, and polysomnographic recordings including EEG from 29 healthy controls and 27 patients with zoster-associated neuralgia (ZAN). The study investigates neurobiological differences between these groups, with partially overlapping modalities across participants. All anatomical images were defaced prior to sharing to protect participant privacy.
