Tethered EEG Recordings in Syngap1 rats
This dataset contains 6-hour tethered EEG recordings from wildtype and Syngap1+/Δ-GAP heterozygous (HET) rats, aged 12-16 weeks, collected to study electrophysiological alterations related to SYNGAP1 haploinsufficiency. Recordings span zeitgeber time 3 to 9 under a 12:12 light:dark cycle, providing a resource for investigating cortical activity abnormalities in a rodent model of SYNGAP1-related intellectual disability and epilepsy.
