Dataset of EEG recordings of pediatric patients with epilepsy based on the 10-20 system
This dataset comprises EEG recordings from 30 pediatric patients with focal or generalized epilepsy, with automated high-frequency oscillation (HFO) markings. The study investigates ripple rates (80-250 Hz) in scalp EEG as non-invasive biomarkers of epileptogenicity across the pediatric age range. The dataset includes 3 hours of sleep EEG data per subject with processed N3 sleep intervals and bipolar channel referencing, along with clinically validated HFO detections.
