This dataset comprises electroencephalographic recordings from 32 participants performing motor imagery tasks during sit-to-stand and stand-to-sit transitions in both offline and online brain-computer interface (BCI) paradigms. Participants completed guided motor imagery trials while seated or standing, with EEG signals recorded from 17 channels at 250 Hz. The dataset includes offline calibration phases used to train machine learning classifiers and corresponding online validation phases where real-time BCI decoding was performed, providing a comprehensive resource for investigating neural correlates of postural transitions and BCI performance.

An EEG study investigating the effects of episodic future thinking on temporal discounting behavior. Participants generated descriptions of future events and subsequently used mental imagery of these events as cues during intertemporal choice tasks, with concurrent measurement of imagery vividness. This dataset provides neurophysiological recordings during decision-making processes influenced by prospective cognition.

This dataset comprises electroencephalography (EEG) recordings from participants performing an auditory oddball task conducted at the Meditation Research Institute in Rishikesh, India. Participants completed three 13-minute sessions during which they were presented with 750 auditory stimuli consisting of standard tones (70%), oddball tones (15%), and distractor noise bursts (15%), with instructions to respond to oddball stimuli via keypad. The study was approved by the Meditation Research Institute ethical committee in India and the University of California San Diego Institutional Review Board (IRB project #090731) and represents a standardized paradigm for investigating event-related potentials and attentional processing.
